I built Career360 after watching friends and coworkers — and myself — struggle to find our footing in an economy that keeps changing faster than any of us planned for. I trained through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which sets the gold standard for coaching, and recruiting gave me the other half of the picture: how candidates are selected and how hiring decisions are really made.
